How an order works, in plain words.

Quotation. Prices on this site are indicative starting prices. A quotation is issued only after our team has measured your wall, and it is fixed for the configuration, size and finish written on it. Site conditions that change the work — for example a wall that needs additional anchoring — are raised before work begins, never after.

Payment. 50% on confirmation of the quotation, 20% when your unit goes into production, 30% on the day it is installed. There is no other stage and no “balance on demand”.

Production and delivery. Every Dwalsbed is made to order in our own factory in Pune. The production window and the installation date are stated on the quotation and confirmed when the advance is received. We install across Mumbai and MMR with our own team.

Installation. The unit is anchored to your wall; we tell you the fixing method in advance. Installation of a bed or bed-and-sofa unit takes one working day. We hand over with a demonstration of the mechanism and set the strut force to your mattress.

Warranty and service. Every unit carries a written warranty on the structure and the lifting mechanism; the term and scope are printed on your quotation. Service calls in Mumbai and MMR are made by our own technicians.

Changes and cancellation. A configuration can be changed until the unit goes into production. Once panels are cut for your order, the advance covers the material and work done.
