What this site collects, and why.

What we collect. When you send us something — a WhatsApp message, the measurement form, a design from the 3D studio, numbers from the calculator or a recommendation from the fit advisor — we receive what you typed or configured, the page you were on and the time. The measurement form asks for four things only: your name, a WhatsApp number, your locality and a rough room size.

What we do with it. We use it to reply to you, to measure your wall if you ask us to, and to quote. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside Dwals except the services that carry the message to us (WhatsApp, our website host and, if you use it, the form endpoint on our own server).

Analytics. If analytics are switched on for this site, they run only after you say yes to the notice at the bottom of the page, and they record which sections people use — not who they are. Say no and nothing loads. You can change your mind by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

Videos. Reels play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play.

AR and camera. The “see it in your room” feature uses your phone’s own AR viewer (Scene Viewer on Android, Quick Look on iOS). The camera image is processed on your phone and is never sent to us; we only receive the numbers you choose to send on WhatsApp.
